What payment methods are available?

You can make the payment through Cash on Delivery (COD) and credit/debit card.

Can I modify my order once I have placed it?

Yes, you can change your order within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be changed.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Order are usually shipped within 24 hours of placing it and it can only be cancelled before it has been shipped.

What if the product color is not as shown in the picture?

All pictures on our website are a representation of the actual products. We attempt to display product images as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting and different digital devices you might be using, the color in the image may vary slightly from the actual color of the product. Please review all the images of the product you desire BEFORE placing your order, as we do not accept responsibility for slight variations in color or style.

Why was my order cancelled?

We try to fulfill every single order we receive but your order may get cancelled due to the following reasons:

  • The product is out of stock   
  • Pricing errors
  • Credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

Please note that orders placed using Credit/Debit Cards can only be cancelled within 24 hours. After which, $15 fees applies on any refund.

Payment Terms for Orders above PKR 25000?

Orders exceeding PKR 25000 require a 100% advance payment via bank transfer, following which the order will be processed for dispatch.

How long does it take to dispatch the order?

Orders are processed as soon as possible
and dispatched usually within 24 hours (excluding weekends or local holidays).

Please note in exceptional cases, due to high demand or other reasons, order processing may take longer but every effort will be made to complete and dispatch your order promptly.

How long do you take to deliver the order?

Our standard delivery time is 4-5 business days within Pakistan. However, the delivery time may vary depending on the city/availability of the customer/weather and political stability of the city.

How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Delivery agents make 2 attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country and area code while placing an order given is accurate and calls are received on the contact number provided. After the failed attempt, the item(s) will be returned to us.
